If you'd want to spend a day away from the city and learn how to create a real gulash, you may enroll in this program. You'll have an amazing experience in a stunning setting. During our cooking session in the woods, you will sample regional wines and snacks and discover some characteristic Hungarian spices.You'll also have a 40 minute drive from Budapest for an experience next to the fire.
You will be given two different kinds of appetizer and traditional dessert in a small village, where you can cook our gulash next to a small wine cellar, taste wine while gulash is boiling, and you will be given two different kinds of dessert. And, finally, you will have a chance to visit the little museum.

What to expect
In this unique culinary session, you'll discover how to make authentic goulash in a kettle. You will arrive with our private minibus at the little wine cellar where the cooking lesson is being held. Only 35 minutes separate this breathtaking location from Budapest.
It will be up to you to build the fire and get everything ready. You will have the opportunity to sample the cuisine of the region, and we will introduce you to the spices. We make the appetizer while the goulash is cooking and explore the village's tiny museum to learn more about its history.
During the cooking class, local wine from this storied, hidden cellar can be enjoyed. We'll all eat together once the gulash is ready. After the lesson, you'll be taken back to Budapest by our bus
